-          We also feel better about ourselves if we have helped someone somehow, whether it be a co-worker who looks like they need some extra assistance, or someone in your circle that you can think of something small you can do for them that will assist them or even volunteering in the community someway, you meet different people and knowing your helping people can lift you into a more positive mindset.
