-         If your finding yourself dwelling on things you cannot control or negative experiences, train your mind to concentration on something else, stay in the present moment, even if it means talking to yourself or writing list of things you need to do, it will allow you stay in control of your own mind. Dwelling on past experiences will only bring you down or find someone you trust to discuss what’s going on to reach a solution, or perhaps if needed a counsellor.
