-       Try to make sure you are prioritizing you own needs first, sometimes its easy to get caught up helping out family and friends first but if you do too much of it you can ‘loose’ yourself and feel ‘overwhelmed’ or worn out. If you can delegate or sometimes you just have to say no. Make time for yourself and do things you want to do, not working around others all the time.
