Maintaining a Healthy Psyche

Establish good routines, sometimes it can be difficult depending on your circumstances. But if you can include positive steps in your daily routine or spread it out over the week. If possible include time for mindfulness or meditation, exercise even a walk to clear your mind and maintain your physique.  Take time be thankful for what you have (if appropriate thank God), keep up with reading and learning even if it’s a few pages a day or a short amount of time you allocate.
