-         Something else that I have found really useful that was advised to me years ago and think it might have been something that I was unconsciously doing but if you cannot resolve something or reach a solution ‘close the door and come back to it at another time', another time when you can process what was going on or have the time and knowledge to process it. Putting it out of your mind temporarily allows you to concentrate on other things that could be more important at the time.
