Try to think outside the ‘box’ and use your initiative in situations as I’ve mentioned before don’t believe everything you see and hear (we are programmed to accept certain ways as ‘normal’) ask questions of people or to yourself ‘why’ do we have to do things this way? Why can I not do it this way? Is this really any benefit to me? Are what they are suggesting benefiting my health and well-being? If not what changes can I make myself to achieve a better way of life for me and for my family?
